PROJECT ENGINEER

Advanced Fiber Products, a leader in the pultrusion industry is currently seeking qualified candidate for a Project Engineer position. Due to current and projected growth, this position will be responsible for some of the following tasks:

• Drafting using AutoCAD
• Product design (theoretical strength analysis)
• Project Management
• Product testing
• Design and development of new equipment
• Raw material testing
• Monitoring raw material usage
• Equipment design and upgrades
• Production cost tracking
• Collaboration with Shop in Process Implementation
• Troubleshooting of Process to Production of materials
• Preventive maintenance monitoring and program development
• Pultrusion and Fabrication process monitoring

Candidates for this position must possess the following requirements:

• 3-5 yrs experience in a manufacturing environment
• BS- Engineering - Mechanical or Composite
• Manufacturing experience preferably in composites -pultrusion a plus
